Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, selected service and message that you provide. Appointment and client-portal information is collected through the separate secure portal.

We record privacy-limited website analytics to understand genuine traffic: page openings, a random first-party browser identifier, general referral source and device category. An IP address is converted immediately into a one-way network hash used only to verify repeat traffic; the raw IP address is not stored in the analytics database, and the network hash is deleted after 90 days. Analytics do not contain names, email addresses, Client IDs or tax information.

How information is used

• Maintain inquiry status and service records.
• Protect the website, prevent misuse and understand aggregate website activity.
• Meet applicable legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

Secure documents and sensitive information

Do not send tax documents, Social Insurance Numbers, banking information, passwords or government-account credentials through the public inquiry form or ordinary email. Use the secure client portal when FourAxis requests documents.

Service providers and access

FourAxis uses service providers for website hosting, secure storage and communications. Information is shared only as necessary to operate those services or when required by law. Access to client records is restricted according to staff responsibilities.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal or professional requirements. You may contact FourAxis to ask about your information or request a correction, subject to record-retention obligations.
